What I want to do scan a group of frequencies conventionally off a trunked system looking for activity on more than one defined TGRP. Is this possible?

I have a scan list programmed with all of the voice channels of the trunked system in a zone, defined in one conventional personality. I have properly set the NAC to the site and programmed the TGRP's in the ASTRO conventional talkgroups and set the the squelch to selective. I can 'filter' one talkgroup at a time using the TGRP softkey, but is it possible to scan the list of ASTRO conventional talkgroups looking for activity on any in the list? I supposed a reduced question would be, can you scan the ASTRO talkgroup list under conventional personalities?

i don't know if i'm understanding you correctly but if you do get to hear something i don't think you will end up hearing the whole conversation, just certain random transmissions

The Astro talkgroup list takes the 'randomness' out of the equation, as there are valid reason to have one. I'm asking if it's possible to scan the Astro TGRP list. Again, the conventional list not the trunked personalities.
