GM160 ERROR

Hi. I connected 2 GM160 as a vhf repeater.It worked for a time.During a programmation, the rx radio turned off and the software says that there is no cable or no rick or no rs232.....I can access to the tx radio with the same hard/software.
When i turn on the repeater with the signal generator connected through a duplexer i heard the 1khz tone brieffly on my portable radio then nil.
The screen rx radio still black.Just heard pishhh for 1 second when turning the radio on . I connected the rx radio alone in case ..,and still nil.
How can i reset the radio or make it normall as before.
PSE HELP ME & tnx in advance.
