Batboard

I am about to send my radio back to the radio shop because they wiped out all of my zones when I simply just wanted them to add one. Since I have to send it back and have it re-programmed, what are the options that could be programmed in...for instance what can the programmable buttons be programmed for, and what kind of QCII options are there (my QC tones are still in the radio). I would also like to here how you guys have your radio's programmed. FYI our dept does not use the radio id, and it is a ltd keypad radio.
