I thought I was buying a GP388 but I got something else... Can any body tell me what it is?

Further more it says:

It allso has a boot error "TEST FAILD"...

Does anybody know this radio model? The keybord is pretty strange

A search of the web shows it as a GP344 UHF 403-470mhz.
