Hello Everyone,
I am not so sure that I have a problem... I am probably not doing something correctly.

My XTS3000 will not show the ID of the station that is transmitting... According to the flash code "500004-000000-5" it has the "H14/G114 Digital ID Display" option installed and I have it enabled in the CPS but It doesn't work. I know that the feature is enabled on the trunked system because it works on my MTS2000.

Any help that y'all can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks...

I assume your using the same trunking system you had the MTS on? Just in case your not, NAC F7E on conventional wont pass any ID's or pages ect.

If your trunking, you need to post if its Digital or analog and the Host in the radio. Older Hosts don't support analog trunking ID display.

Also, if your scanning the TRS then Scan ID should also be enabled.

Just FYI some radios will not display there own id, so if you radios have the same id you may not be able to check it using just your radios. Xts2500's will, but pro series will not.

immelmen28... Thank you for reply. I think that you might be on to something. Yes the system is a trunking system that is hybrid digital and analogue. On the digital talk groups I see the ID but on the analogue ones I do not.

The radio shows the following : R07.08.00 & DSPN08.08.02

Is this too old to display the analogue id's?

Thanks

You're going to need at least Host R07.22.xx or higher for it to display analog trunking ID's....
