MTS2K Battery related questions...

Hi All,
I have a 7.2v 2100mah Ni-Cd battery that I use for a MTS2K. What should the voltage read upon removing it from the charger that has indicated a full charge? Should it be about 8v, 8.25v or what range should I be seeing on the meter? It seems the battery may be "false peaking" on me and I am trying to get an idea of proper voltage.
Also, I am looking for the part number for the BMS + adapter cup for these batteries. Is it simple to change out the cups or does it require special tools? The reason I ask is that some of the cups I have seen show a ribbon cable of some sort attached when the cup is changed out. I know nothing about the BMS + except that my work uses one and I'd like to put the cup in and use it for my batteries also.
Thanks for the help.
