Motorola Minitor 3 spurs???

Ok I have a M3 that was programmed for 46.46, and while attempting to program it today for my county's low band freq 46.36, I kept getting a error about it being a spur frequency..now is there a way to correct this issue? I would really like to get it working on 46.36.
