Maintenance mode

Post by Rinsterber »

I have several XTL 2500 radios and 2 of them now show Maintenance Mode and Remote Device on the remote control heads. I have seen people mention resyncing the device but I have yet to find the method for doing that in any of the technical manuals. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please be advised that the primary purpose of this Board is the exchange of useful information about Motorola products. Having posted your question or problem, and then somehow found the answer on your own, you owe it to the rest of the group to let them know how you did it.

So, please let everyone know how you did it, okay?

I mainly found the answer by fishing deeper into the boards here. The ability to resync the control head is actally a function of the CPS. It is the bottom option under the tools menu. Sorry about the original lack of information.
