Have a Motorola consolette with a Spectra radio in it. The control board has a tag TLN3207C and
the board part number 84D84580T02 on it. My thoughts are this is a DC control board. Can someone
verify this.
If so, do you have the accessory pin connections?

Jim,
I keep running into your name, I actually just asked you a question a different thread you posted in a while back, but that's a different topic.

Motorola online returns the tag TLN3207C as follows:
1. Item Number. TLN3207C
TONE REMOTE CTRL BD
Unit of Measure: 1 EA
If the board has an RJ45 jack against the back of the radio chassis, it's definately a TRC board. I don't have the pinouts for that particular jack with me right now. Here's a link to another thread with a little more info.

Yeah Jim,
You have a Tone Remote board in that setup.
The RJ45 cannot be used unless there is an ACIM in the rack, but the DB25 can do about everything you need unless you want ID's and channel names

Gee that's funny, I was on the MOL site today and it played stupid with the TLN3207C number.
Didn't try the quick buy page, only the documents section.
Thanks for the info.
Send me a PM if you want to chat more.

Update -
It works as a standard tone remote adapter board. Will do 8 tone controlled channels. just it
really bothers me that Motorola screws with the F3 and F4 function tones to become channel
7 and 8 in the radio. Guess the Motorola engineers thought they were passing out trains
instead of brains the day they designed that swap. Have seen it on a couple of other radios
since.
