So after searching High and Low I finally found the instructions on how to do a radio to radio clone with cp200's and cp150's
at long last I got it to work and thought I would post my instructions here so that other people can find them.

No guarantee's it will work for you but it worked for me. also the model numbers must match exactly or you will wind up with an unprogrammed radio.

Equipment needed:
2.5mm to 2.5mm stereo cable
I used two 2.5mm to 3.5mm (mini stereo/headphone) adapters and a normal mini stereo to mini stereo cable from radioshack.
2 identical cp200's or cp150's

now turn off both radio's and plug them together.
turn on the source radio (the one you want to make a copy of)

take the radio you want to re-program and turn it on while holding down both small side buttons.
it should turn on and make a really annoying sound.

now unplug the cord from the host radio and plug it back in (with the radio still on)
they should make a beeping noise both lights turn green and then go silent.
if it doesn't take try unplugging the target radio and plugging it back in.

thats it you should now have two radios with the same programming.

I make no guarantee's that you won't wind up with two completely unusable radio's but it has worked for me several times in the past.
it's great for buying radio's on ebay and cloning them without a rib or motorola software. just make sure they are identical same number of channels etc. (I don't know if the firmware versions matter but it has worked for me so far)
