Busy channel lockout

My XPR4550 has busy channel lock-out and I can transmitt until the repeater drops out. Where in programming is the defeat for busy lock-out?
It should be right at the bottom of the channel personality page, you might have to change your CPS to "Expert" under the view tab in order to see.
