Need Simple CDM1250 Relay Board

Hello Everyone. I know just enough about radios to be dangerous and I need your help. I am trying to get a simple relay board, either built already or something I can do, to do the following. I would like to be able to turn on a 120 volt light (if possible multiple lights) when a CDM1250 receives an alert tone and then resets after the message, after a specified time.

This is for a firehouse bunkroom. We have some heavy sleepers and they would like a light to wake them up at night in addition to the voice message. The 120 volt light can be hard wired into the board or plug in (preferred). I would also like to use an external speaker with the radio. No transmit, just receive, one channel, multiple alert tones. Separate power supply for the radio. I will need at least five of these.

Any questions, please let me know. Thank you in advance for the help. Henry

What you most likely want (most simple form) is a federal signal Informer. It comes frequency specific, and can handle multiple tone formats. You need to order it with the relays. It then provides two independant relay outputs to allow for switching lights, sirens, etc. The internal speaker is loud, and has siren type tones that are programmable. They cost around $800.00 new, but maybe you can find them used on fleabay.

Or you can use HLN9328C external alarm kit, which includes a relay. It's $55 MSRP and a bit cheaper than buying a dedicated receiver, especially since you already have a CDM1250.
