We've set-up a Motorola M370 at our dispatch, but I've got a glitch. Every night the radio powers down by itself. Has anyone experienced this, is this a software setting or is the iDen system (Nextel) causing this?

It's a setting and it needs to be changed in RSS. Under the timer window, set auto power down to 0. The default is 480 min (8 hr).

Have you had any luck tone remoting one of these units?

I have been tasked with the project for a towing company...it doesn't need to be talkgroup steerable...just need to be able to remotely key it through the desksets. If so....anyone have the pinouts...or a cable thats meant to connect to a termination panel?

We have hooked up the M470's to consols, I don't know if the 370's will work with the remotes that are out there. I'll check with the tech who did the last one for his notes.
