XTS2500/5000 In Seattle?

I am hoping this is the correct venue for this question. I have an XTS2500I sold to me by a co-worker. It is NOT a Panter88 radio however it does not have tags after having been rebuilt. Specs are as follows:
Host Version R08.50.00
DSP Version R08.50.00
Serial 407CGZ****
Flashcode 160003-000100-8
Tuning Version R01.08.11
Proc Ver BRAVO122
Model H46QDH9PW7BN
Running Asto 25 CPS V12.00.00
Dell D630 Running XP Professional SP3
Now to my problem. I get a mix of errors from ECEC0032 to c000039e. I know that a lot of folks on here suggest using a USB cable PN\RKN4105A but given I have what I believe is a Motorola Serial for the XTS2500/5000 series I would like to know if anyone in the Seattle area has a USB I could try and see if that is in fact the source of my problems. I am 99.2% sure it's not the computer as I am able to program MTS/HT/CDM/HT radios without a problem. Any takers?
