DTMF page/private call not working on Spectra

I'm trying to get the DTMF page/private call feature working on a VHF Spectra.

If anyone has successfully configured this to work, would you be so kind as to reveal your configuration?

Does your spectra have the DTMF decoder board installed? (HLN6151A)
