Anyone know if the Low band p200 is the same internally as the Low band Mt1000 ?


I'm thinking of trying my Mt1000 6 meter mods on a P200, same Low band split, but I don't have the radio yet.

If the p200 is the same then I can add the transmitter conversion info to the document as this was missing from the first and second revisions.

Yes they board and modules are the same. In fact, when I was servicing the MT1000 at the depot (in the final days of MT1000 service) when we ran out of boards for the MT, we used boards from surplus P200s.
