When I go to write radio a message pops up and says...NO Valid LTR Home Repeater Selected. How Can I correct this.

Sounds to me like it's pretty clear what you need to do based on the error message you're getting. Correct the LTR Home Repeater assignment and then proceed with programming. Your system administrator should be able to provide correct programming parameters.
