Premier MDC Software Question

I'm not sure what topic this belongs in, but I was wondering if anybody is familiar with the Premier MDC software package. I'm working on some software at home to interface with the software (if possible). Does anybody know if there is an API for the software? Mod: feel free to move this to the applicable topic... Thanks!
