Batboard

I work for a Fire Department in midwest Ohio. We just upgraded our portable radios to xts2500 but unfortunately they didn't purchase any remote mics. I purchased a RMN5021A on ebay because I wanted the capability to use the remote channel selector. When ut finally arrived I tried it without success upon research on motorolas website I found that the HMN4080-GPS was the only mic that was listed as compatible with those features. I was wondering if there was nay way of converting the pins on the RMN5021A to allow it to work with the XTS 2500. Thanks to anybody who replies.
