Hello All!

I have seen here on the boards that there have been both Vhf and Uhf Field Programmable Portables (F.P.P.) for sale.

The question is! Is there such a thing as a F.P.P. in a low band model.

I know Low Band is slowly fading away. Just curious to see if there was one ever made.

if there is that would make a sweet 6 Meter FM Portable

I have never heard of or seen one though

Will the HT-1250 in low band with the red battery do FPP? All the others do didn't know if the low band version would as well.

dont worry there are some of us who are keeping low band alive

no they wont. That is the 1550 line you are thinking of, and there wasnt a VHF-LB version of that radio made.
