Analog Saber out of band rx

Got some 440-470 units here, how far do you think they will receive out of band? Do you think it's even worth trying if the RX freqs are ~483mhz? Input appreciated

Jeff,
Short of interior module changes, even if you could get the radios to oscillate 13 mHz out of band, which you can't, the sensitivity would be absolutely awful. OTOH, module changes have been well documented on this Board over the years so that would be a definite positive answer.

Thanks, that's what I figured, customer won't shell out the money, he should have bought Astro Sabers

I'd be willing to do a module swap with you. I have several 458-490 MHz sabers which will work in that frequency range fine for you. PM me if interested.
