I don't think Motorola ever released a PDF version of the MT2000 users manual, at least I've never been able to locate one. The paper/hardcopy users manual is still available from MOL, or a Motorola dealer, and lists for $22.31 plus any tax or postage that may apply.

I have a PDF file of the MTS2000 Model II/III user manual. PM me you email address if that will suffice, pretty much the same radio.
