Ok, Need some help. Dummy Question but here we go...
Trying to program a pr1500. When I read the radio, it gives me an error 24 or something. Doesn't say that it's not connected or wrong cps or whatever, I am using a ht1k programming cable. A, am I using the wrong cable and/or B, do I have to put the radio in programming mode in some way?

wrong cable, you need the cable for the XTS5000/XTS2500

figured, do you know of any good serial aftermarket brand for this? Going to need to find a cable for the pm1500 too.

I cannot in good faith recommend any aftermarket cables PM1500 uses the same program cable as the XTL5000 (rear USB or front GCAI)

does any one have a Schematic for it

a usb or the rib type

also what is the part number
