System Key needed very bad!!!

I need a system key for a radio system that I use on my job. I bought a radio and would like to program it for the system. I have everything I need to do that, except the system key. If anybody could help me out with that, I would owe them big!!!!! The system is a 800 trunking, Motorola smartnet. The system ID is 5430.
