TRBO EMERGENCEY ALERT HELP

Hi All,
First am using DP3401's with CPS ver 4.5(EMEA)
After some head scratching I still cant see where or how I can do emergency alert tones other than a single tone for both Rx Tx & group-emergencey calls
Requirements are for a page style alert (more than 1 tone) also if a radio is in low volume it will lift the AF to the incomming emergency call (only) so far I am no further forward ....
Maybe someone on here know's of a work around or have hit this problem in Digtal, before I give the BIG M a call on Monday & get the run around
