CPS R05.07

HI group,

I'm seeking answer regarding my problem on programming a GM3188 radio. I cant read the radio and it says "ERROR 2409" unable to get field value. The radio version is R04.00.02. The software im using is R05.07. I was using this software most of my GM3188 Ver.R01.00.00 and working properly.
I need help guys.Thanks a Lot.

Use CPS R05.09 or above
