Anyone have a copy of the pinout of the 15pin connector on a Astro Spectra? I need to find the pins for the PTT, RX, and TX audio.

I now see that they are the same as a standard spectra, but the radio isn't keying when I ground the PTT pin on the back of the radio. A jumper is in place for that pin, is their something in the software that must be activated in order to make it work?

Trevor,
I know it's not ASTRO stuff, but try
http://www.onfreq.com/syntorx/spectra/index.html and scroll down. The DB15
should be the same, as you can use the same programming cable.

The radios I had to do needed some jumpers moved on the command board.
Remove JU518 and place in JU500
Remove JU521 and place in JU513
If this hasn't been done the PPT is not hot. I had to do this for the Setcom headsets used by our fire guys

You might also want to look at jumpers JU519 removed and placed at JU528.

Those of you that have sent me PM's, be patient. I got pulled from my normal weekend playing with radios
and had my son home from the Navy this weekend. Also have been on the road most of last week and did
not have access to the office computer where the PDF file is.
