Desktrac Line Module

I found an auction on ebay that has a desktrac line module. Is this the termination panel/DC/tone remote? How does it connect to the radio? Will it work outside of a desktrac as a regular termination panel? I need a few more and I might go this way if it will work. Any help would be appreciated.
