XTS3000 spontaneous reboots and locks on mandatory password

Hi all!
I find out that my XTS3000 spontaneous reboots and locks on mandatory password after 5-10 minutes of operation (mandatory password is enabled in CPS). Radio normally works in Astro25 system scan about 5-7 (10 max.) minutes, but after that top LED lights on, radio beeps once and locks! Yes. Just like at power on!
I tried about 10 times and all attempts are the same. Radio stays untouched at the table all the time. I tried to change battery, but no luck (both batteries recently charged).
Radio has latest available firmware host and DSP (updated by using 3X_XTS3000Digital_CVN6236T file).
Radio does not support Astro25 trunking systems, therefore Astro25 trunking system programmed as conventional (see this topic http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.p ... 62#p367023). As result, radio does not affiliates on trunking controller and can’t be killed.
Scan in truly conventional mode (analog, P25 conventional or mixed mode) or in SmartZone mode works normally, i.e. no spontaneous locks.
Any ideas what it this?
- Firmware bug?
- Out of memory/out of CPU resources consequence (see this topic http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=36815)?
How to fix it?
