Saber question

Ok, so i'm trying to program a few sabers I purchased from a fellow batlab member, but i'm running into somewhat of a problem. The radio seems to be locking me out of certain channels and I can't figure out why. I've never really dealt with sabers before, the RSS is a lot different than newer stuff....

First of all, Model # H43QXJ7139CN, secure radio

I programmed one of the radios to VHF itinerant channels.

Channel 1 is 151.625
Channel 2 is 151.505
Channel 3 is 158.400
Channel 4 is 154.570 - Only channel set to low power
Channel 5 is 154.515
Channel 6 is 154.540

And I have a few weather channels in there as well. For some reason, the radio will not transmit on channels 1, 2, or 3, but will on the rest. The radio does power up the transmitter, as I can hear it through my computer speakers, but emits a tone immediately after. I'm stumped as to what I am doing wrong. Is there a specific setting that i'm missing or could it be the radio itself? I programmed one of the other radios and had no problem with it.

If anyone can guide me in the right direction, i'd really appreciate it! :D

Yeah, apparently the bandsplit was programmed incorrectly, it's supposed to be a 136-150MHz but programmed to a wideband. Guess i'll be doing some editing to get it up to 154. Thanks for the input!
