gm300 xmit audio

gm300 xmit audio

I have several gm300, maxtrac and radius radios..... they all sound very tinney....no base in the xmit audio Is there any mod or special type of mike I can use to get some fidelity in the xmit audio??? I prefer a DTMF mike. Thank you in advaqnce for the reply.
