Batboard

I have a low band amp that takes 400mw to drive it. I'm trying to come out of the exciter of a maratrac radio.
It comes on at about 2 1/2 watts them drops to around 200mw after about 2 seconds. I need to know how to drive the amp
with a maratrac. Also need to know how to get the amp tuned from 33mhz to 29mhz. Thanks
