lost scan on Spectra

Hi Gang,
I have been working on my VHF Spectra to try to interface a Pyramid SVR repeater. In the process, I have lost scan on the radio. Scan button works fine, I can look at the scan list, but the radio never stops on an active frequency. Today I went as far as subbing in a whole new command board and MLM and cloning the serial numbers and bitbanging the model info. Still, if I program the local NWS frequency into the scan list, it won't stop on that frequency or any other to save it's life.
Unfortunately I am unable to procure either a basic or detailed service manual locally ( the local shop has the older versions of the manual which don't cover my newer board versions ) so I am unable to intelligently check/verify the jumpers on the command board per the app note from Pyramid.

Any suggestions??
I am really at my wit's end on this one.

If it helps, model is T83GXA7HA9AK

Think I might have found the issue.. gotta ground the mic clip ( thought I had ).

Still looking for the board layout for the HLN6094C command module, though, so I can get my Pyramid SVR-2000 working.
