With RSS NLA would it sitll be posible or even worth it to have someone program my AS3 with ham freq's ?
Not to shure on wich way to go.
There are only 6 to 8 freq's in the ham band that is in my area and 5 repeters that I would needed programed.
Any advice.

While RSS is no longer available, CPS software is. You can either buy the software from "M" & also get the rib & cables, or you could visit some of the 2-way shops in your town. In my experience they give a break to hams if they program ham freq's, because you aren't using ham freq's to make money. [dispatching trucks etc] Where do you live? Maybe someone living close by reading this could help you load up some ham freq's. GARY N4KVE

I live in Layton Utah. I would rather pay someone to do the programing. I have read M's EULA and the primer over at the main site and I just dont want to do it.
besides that knowing my luck I would brick the radio, so I will let the pros do it. Then I will know it will work.
