We have a MIP5000 system paralleled with a Gold Elite CEB on several channels. On each channel, the MIP unmutes with short bursts of audio from the Gold Elite no matter how we set Parallel Unit or Status. The Elite is terminated and the MIP gateways are set Hi-Z. We've tried different levels with no changes.

Are they resetting the gateways and making sure they get a new database upload? Sometimes I do this 5 or 6 times before I see a change take hold.

They responded with "I noticed the same thing but all have been uploaded and reset multiple times."

So, anymore thoughts on this are appreciated.
