Prgramming 700MHz Conventional

I know I’m probably missing something very obvious, but I just can't figure out what it is.
I’m attempting to program the 700MHz interop frequencies into the XTS5K using CPS R13.00.01. I set up a conv zone but could find no setting for channel spacing. It seems that’s only an option for trunking. Here is what I’m trying to program;
7CALL1 764/794.24375
7TAC58 764/794.14375
7TAC58D 764.14375
7TAC62 764/794.64375
7TAC62D 764.64375
7TAC66 765/795.14375
7TAC66D 765.14375
7TAC70 765/795.64375
7TAC70D 765.64375
The target radios have the following;
HOST: R12.00.11
DSP: R12.00.01
Flash: 580008-000482-0
Every time I try to enter in a 700 MHz freq, CPS throws an error. It won’t accept ANY 700MHz frequencies. While researching this problem, I saw a few board members who posted that they had programmed in 700MHz conv channels into both the XTS5K & 2500. Is there some hidden setting or flash option that I’m missing?
