Need help with XTS 2500 1.5

Guys, the LT. handed me his XTS 2500 1.5 that is currently on a 800 Analog SmartNet system. He wants to get it put on our Statewide SmartZone/OmniLink 700/800 Digital system. The model number is:

H46VCD9PW5AN

Do I need to read the flash to determine if it will work on a 700/800 system?

Yep. It may just be analog only or who knows what else, unless youre state system is analog only, there's no way to know.

Is it Smartzone or astro 25?

the new state system is P25 Astro. Refresh me on how to check for flash on XTS 2500

Turn radio on... once it boots, press the button above PTT 5 times in a row and it will barf out a bunch of info, including the flashcode.
