minitor iv on/off duty

I'm looking for the easiest way to do the following to a MinIV 2ch SV:
Have a switch alert for 4 sets of tones
Have a switch alert for ONLY 2 of the 4 sets of tones
Have a switch vibrate/no voice for either the same 2 above OR all 4 (either way is acceptable)
Have a switch that scans f1 as priority with f2 as non-pri
Is this setup or something like it possible? If so what are the settings to establish this in the software? Thanks!
