Yes - its $75 after the intial order, about $10 (full list, usually $7.50-$7.95 with typical discounts at the time of the initial order). Your radio will also be loaded with the latest firmware plus ADP when you do this. You'll get an USB Ibutton device that plugs in to your laptop / PC to allow the radio to be ugraded. The CPS has a flash port upgrade utility built in, that will read the USB flash key, and then flash the radio with the encrypted file that comes on a CD-ROM with the flash key order and it does it for you in about 6 minutes. (you copy the contents of the CD rom into an Upgrade subdirectory under the Astro 25 program program area.)

The Flash key USB device comes with a CD-Rom with the encrypted firmware on it, and a "I've been flashed" sticker, and a new flash code sticker with lettering that comes off on your finger tips if you push it down too hard.

Can you order that from MOL or does it have to come from a Dealer?

This kind of order goes through a salesman. This could be a Manf. Rep, such a local Motorola dealer etc.
If you have the CPS for this radio, you can do the upgrade yourself. The cost for the hardware key is $75 plus local tax.
If the local M shop or MR wants to charge you a large sum to put the flash in the radio, find someone who does have
the CPS and cable for your radio to do this for you. Its really simple. Of course, your going to need CPS to turn on ADP after being flashed. On the CPS - you'll want the latest version, not an older version.
To order, you'll need your model number, serial number and current flash code.
You can see these values by touching the lowest side button five times after turning the radio on. If your radio is a non display model, you can read these values by reading the radio with CPS.
