Radio Engraving

Anyone know a place to get the side of my Xts 5K engraved? How about in the chicago-land area?

You might try looking up a place that does trophy engraving. Go visit them and see if you can twist their
arm to do the engraving. I have had to do this on a couple of projects years ago.

All American Trophy in Crestwood,IL has engraved readios for me before.

You can also try Crown Trophy. They have stores in Aurora, Brookfield, Buffalo Grove, East Peoria, Hanover Park, and Skokie. I've used them before and have had very good results.

If your radio has old firmware, programming it with the latest CPS will not add any new features unless you have the latest firmware to match..

CPS = Customer Programming Software, Not CPS Software.

Hey guys,

I dropped the radio off today at a trophy spot called Evon's in Tinley park, Il. They were swamped so they said it will take a couple days but I should have it back by the weekend. I will post pics when I get it back!

I use Crown Trophy in Hookset, N.H.....Great results and about $8.00 per radio.
