MTS2000 RX audio problem

Good day
I 've got an MTS2000 Flashport multichannel VHF version S/N: 492TCN0097 Model: H01KCH9PW1AC working on conventional mode but its RX audio is distorted and relatively low compared to other moto portables (a GP900 and a GP300 were used for the test). At first i thought the loudspeaker was ripped but a thorough
inspection proved nothing. Programm settings changes did almost nothing. Is there any idea or someone experienced the same problem and found a solution?
I would apreciate any help.
Regards

The fastest way to test an internal speaker on an HT is to find out what a speaker/microphone sounds like on the same radio.
Just because a speaker looks okay does not necessarily mean that the speaker is electronically okay. Another possibililty, though it's
a longer shot, is that you may be putting a wide deviation audio signal into a receiver whose bandpass is set 12.5 kHz which is
commonly spoken of as narrowband.
