9.6 only or 9.6 and 19.2?

Just pulled up the WinRSS and while I do not have a real CP, the default folder contains profiles for MDC4800, RD-LAP 9.6, and RD-LAP 19.2 on the VRM600 series. That's all I have unless someone else can jump in with better info.

Anything based on the spectra does not do rdlap dual, whether it can do strictly rdlap 19.2 I do not know.
