Motorola Enhance mic RMN5029A

Does anyone have the spec's and possible a schematic for this mic?
Found the info on batlabs, finally found out what radios worked with the mic. This mic works with all Maxtrac, Radius, GTX, and Pro 3100-7100 mobiles.
I want to see if I can use a Mot mic with a keypad on my Yaesu mobile. I don't like the feel of the Yaesu mic.
