Batboard

I recently purchased a used Minitor 2 that appears to be in great condition and I was planning on installing the reeds myself, but the frequency is 0.02 MHz off. It's currently set to 46.06 and I need 46.04. Is there any way to get this small adjustment without sending it out to peak the crystal and all that?
