Batboard

I have a VHF XPR6550, with no audio out of the internal speaker, or remote speaker/mic. Even when it boots, i don't receive the usual tones. I just get a slight click. Everything else seems to function normally. It does have tx audio. Anyone else have experienced this before? the Model# is:H55JDH9LA1AN. Possible corupt code plug? there are no samples in the cps for VHF.
