Hello All!

I don't know if this goes here or not. Moderator please place in correct location.

I am looking for a list of frequencies for the splits that is to take place in 2013.

I am looking for all frequencies in the 150-160 Mhz including the splits. I know the current splits are .015

I am working on trying to apply for new system license for our rescue squad, before the deadline approaches and all the frequencies are gone.

Please eithe post a list or PM me with a list

Have you tried talking to your frequency coordinator yet? You will need to file the application with the coordinator before the paperwork goes to the FCC.

All frequency info & regs for Part 90 licenses are under the Code of Federal Regulations 47 CFR Part 90

A list of frequencies for all part 90.35 business or all part 90.20 public safety is available through he FCC. The best way to check for an available channel is through the co-ordinator for that service. I know it sucks, but the co-ordinators are more interested in protecting their BIG clients than small agencies. They may return you application with NO FREQUENCIES AVAILABLE. You can ask for the (Best Of The Worst Frequency) which means you may be a secondary user on a channel this happens to me all the time. You may also want to investigate the use of a Washington Frequency Lawyer, that some times makes the process a little easier, but more expensive.
Also be aware that just because the FCC is mandating narrow band for the 150-172 mhz, doesn't mean all the splinters are going to become usable and available. The co-ordinators have already made up their mind among themselves to still consider adjacent frequency users as co-channel users, so that means if you have someone less than 30 mi on an adjacent frequency splinter you are looking at your not going to get it. That's one of the reasons why I question the narrow banding process altogether, when it was supposed free up channels and it's not going to.

Agreed Radioman, so many PS users have gone 800 it's just a matter of re-allocation of their vacant channels to the other services. Unnecessary expenditure.

The same PS agencies that are yammering about 800 being full (partially true, thanks Nextel) and wanting 18 or 36 MHz of 700 all to their lonesome?

Not happening. PS agencies eat pie, they don't give it back.
