hey guys looking for some suggestions i need to combine a couple of low power tx signals, >5 watts the channels could change quite often so i'm looking at something similar to this:

any suggestions on similar products, companies, or even how to build myself and where to get parts??

i understand the losses involved but i can sacrifice the loss for flexibility, and space.
