Batboard

I turned volume control to maximum. I tried to use the normal acoustic clear tube earpiece and extra loud one but is still no improvement.
in cps R14, My radio configured AGC= 6 ( nominal =0). Anyone has same issue?
What is the best extra loud surveilant kit that I should buy for this radio ( other than Moto)

Just about all surveillance kits from Moto went under a redesign a couple years ago because they were too loud and did not comply with OSHA regulations.
