Where can you get them from and how much are they ? Are they interchangeable between different models and with or without kepypad ?

Assuming you mean the portables, the Service Manual for the HT1250 calls the LCD Part Number 5104949J18, available from Moto for $18.90. The BSM also leads me to believe that the PN is the same for full/limited keypads.
