XTS3000 Scan Issue

I've noticed that on my XTS3Ks when I initiate scan from a channel that is on the scan list there is no way to temporarilly delete that channel from the scan list using nuisance delete, the radio just gives the error boop when pressing "DEL". Is there a way around this in the CPS or is whatever channel you inititiate scan from essentially locked into the scan list with no way to nuisance delete it?

There is no way to delete the selected channel from the scan list.

If your ch knob is set to ch 1 & while scanning want to engage nuis del to get rid of ch 1, & can't, change the knob to ch 2 & then while the radio is scanning on ch 1, hit the nuis del. I imagine whatever ch the knob is set to becomes the priority ch, so just turn the knob. GARY N4KVE

FYI this is only the case if the scanlist setting is "Priority 1=selected channel", which is not the default. If you don't want that channel to interfere as much with your scan, you either have to select another channel to rest on- or set priority 1 and 2 to "unassigned"
